Simon Martin is Senior Vice President of Sales at Adler Advisors, bringing more than two decades of experience helping global enterprises navigate complex technology and transformation decisions. Throughout his career, Simon has been known not simply as a sales leader, but as a trusted advisor — someone clients rely on to align strategy, technology investment, and measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Adler Advisors, Simon served as Vice President of Sales at NTT Global Networks, where he built and led the client acquisition engine for global network outsourcing and transformation. Previously, Simon also held senior leadership roles at Lumen Technologies, where he led the North East Sales organization supporting Key, Large and Regional Enterprise clients and latterly the Digital Business as Vice President and General Manager. His leadership helped transform organizational performance, strengthen partner ecosystems, and accelerate growth across enterprise segments. Earlier in his career, Simon spent over 16 years with AT&T and WorldCom, leading global account teams, structuring large-scale outsourcing agreements, and building enduring executive relationships across North America, Europe, and Asia.
He continues to work closely with C-suite leaders to design outcome-based solutions, bringing structure and operational rigor to complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits while maintaining a highly relationship-driven approach. Simon is passionate about accountability, continuous improvement, and a client-first mindset. He believes the most successful engagements are built on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of a client’s long-term business objectives — principles that continue to guide his leadership at Adler Advisors.
